Radhika Vijay has been a pivotal force in shaping the vision, institutional framework and creative evolution of the Alchemy Academy of Performing Arts Pvt. Ltd. Her contribution to Alchemy spans education, curriculum development, talent identification, production and creative leadership, making her an integral part of the institution’s journey and growth.

Having completed her schooling in Mumbai, Radhika pursued a professional course in Fashion Designing and Garment Manufacturing in Pune. She further strengthened her academic and professional credentials with a Double Distinction International Diploma for Teachers & Trainers from Cambridge University – CIDTT, bringing together her creative sensibilities with a strong foundation in education and training.

Her deep connection with children and her belief in the transformative power of the performing arts led to her playing a significant role in the establishment and development of Alchemy Kids Theatre. Over the years, she has contributed extensively to the evolution of its curriculum, learning methodologies and creative processes, ensuring that the programme remains relevant, progressive and responsive to the needs of young learners.

With an instinctive ability to recognise talent and potential, Radhika has also played a significant role in building Alchemy’s pool of accomplished resource persons and creative professionals. Her discerning eye for talent has enabled the institution to bring together specialists across disciplines, enriching the learning experience and strengthening the quality of its programmes.

As Executive Producer of Alchemy Theatres, Radhika has been instrumental in translating creative vision into compelling theatrical productions. She has produced over 16 plays, demonstrating a distinctive ability to bring together artistic ambition, production discipline and execution. Her own journey as a theatre artist began with the stage production SMILE, marking the beginning of a multifaceted association with theatre - as a producer, educator, creative contributor and performer.
